Ever wonder what life would be like?
Through out our lives from the moment of conception till the moment we die, we are conditioned, fuelled by other peoples beliefs, programmes & dogmas. We then respond, sometimes in rebellion to what we hate or dislike or we become the very things we vowed we'd never be. It's the see saw of polarity.
Whether we become the opposite of our conditioning or the same, we are in response to it. That conditioning is still in control of you. But that conditioning is not YOU. You are separate from that. You are way more than that.
Ever wonder what life would be like if we jumped from that see saw?
Who would you be?
What would you do?
What wouldn't you do?
What things would you like?
What wouldn't you like?
What kind of friends would you have?
What kind of environment would you live in?
How would it feel to be YOU? Fully ALIVE and FREE?
Where in your body could that feeling of You, free from the conditioning of life be?
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being fully FREE, who much is it?
What needs to happen to raise it by, lets say 2?
As you start to become more aware of that feeling of freedom, of Liberation, grow it, feel it, be more of it, live from it.

It seems utterly Bonkers to me (scuze the pun), that in this day and age we even have to have a week to create awareness that A: you have a mind and B: it can get sick, fractured, broken, fall apart or generally disturbed. Which happens by the way because we are never taught how to detox, defragg, cleanse, clean or clear out the old & dysfunctional thoughts, beliefs, programmes & dogmas that take up valuable head space.
WE ALL HAVE A MIND AND IT HAS HEALTH ISSUES LIKE ANY OTHER PART OF YOUR BODY.
I'm looking forward to the time when everywhere and anywhere you will find hospitals for the mind. Run like our lovely NHS, where you can go for treatment as readily and easily as you can for the body. Accessible to all. I'm not talking about more of the kind of mental hospitals we have now. I'm talking of a way more progressive kind, where people are caught way before they get that ill, way before crisis point. Where ALL the various mindfulness processes & cognitive and psychological ways for healing the mind is accessible for free & not just for the ones who are rich or the ones who have waited patiently for a very long time on the NHS for a measly 6 weeks counselling session.
Imagine that world for a minute. Imagine the knock on effect for people who are living life with a clear and functioning mind. Imagine the effect that would have on the body. Imagine the effect that would have on the Spirit. Imagine the effect that would have on the family. Imagine the effect that would have on community. Imagine the effect that would have on the economy.
I suppose the NHS was born from a time similar to this. Where people had to pay for treatment or suffer. Where hospitals were not in every city and Drs surgeries were not in every town.
It's now time for places to heal the Mind be as mainstream and as normal as the places we go to heal the body.
So please, feel a little less like you are own your own with this, because we all have varying degrees of mental health issues. It's just some are better at going around pretending they don't and self medicating with whatever they can get their hands on, making the best of it.
Just remember, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Every thought that you think will ignite your emotional cortex which will shoot out the corresponding peptide or feeling.
These feelings vibrate at different frequency's depending on what kind they are.
That frequency vibrates out and connects to similar, compatible frequencies, connecting, attracting, repelling and rejecting. Creating your life experience.
These thoughts that you think are made up of moans, groans, criticisms, fears, compliments, praise, optimistic opinions.
These are your beliefs, programmes, dogmas that you have inherited or accepted and created through life.
They are stored in the hard drive of your mind.
They can be changed, rewritten, reprogrammed or dumped.
There are many process's, recipes, mind hacks and mental exercises that will do that.
So you can effortlessly think good, positive nutritious thoughts for your mind and body.
