Is it necessary to consciously identify & change our core beliefs, so we can change our outer world? (i feel it is) or is it just as simple as detach from mind & all gets sorted?
This question was asked at our Kitchen Table the other day... I LOVE questions like this....
Hi all, over the years, I have been using various ways to identify & change my beliefs to more empowering ones (as well as embracing & integrating emotions) ~ to good effect. Recently came across Teal Swan's methods on how to identify & change beliefs (and other stuff), which resonate with me & seem to work! That said always open to new ways & quicker ways lol
Am curious folks....Eckhart Tolle who I also respect as a spiritual teacher, does not seem to address core beliefs (correct me if I'm mistaken)..as we all know, he is a great advocate of detaching from mind & observing our thoughts & feeling our painbodies without analysing or adding stories to our feelings. I have also tried his methods, felt peaceful, but not noticed changes in my outer world.
Is it necessary to consciously identify & change our core beliefs, so we can change our outer world? (i feel it is) or is it just as simple as detach from mind & all gets sorted? Any thoughts, opinions, intuitive responses???
Here's my response...
